Rappid manufacturing focuses on technology. It includes the manufacturing of high-quality Industrial valves. Manufacturing engineering, or the manufacturing process, are the steps through which our raw materials are transformed into a final product. Rappid manufacturing process begins with the product design and specification from which the quality product is made.

The in-house machining facility has the capabilities to process a wide range of valve components in different materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex and super duplex stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys, and Nickel aluminum bronzes, etc.

Rappid Valves machining expertise is built up over many years, and we have been adding newer and more advanced machinery continuously. The CNC machining capabilities have been powered by Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM). As a result, Rappid Valves continuously endeavor to create a state-of-the-art machining facility.

Reception and Office

Reception: Rappid front office is well maintained to Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

Office: All the amenities and facilities are provided for the health, safety, welfare and personal hygiene needs of employees.

Design & Development

All products from RAPPID VALVES are meant for highly critical & severe applications. They are manufactured following strict international standards used by Industries worldwide, such as ISO, API, NACE, ASME, ASTM, MSS-SP, and BS EN, DIN, DME 463. Our Engineering Team consistently monitors updates to all these standards and incorporates any applicable changes that affect the design, regulation, and performance of our products.

Our designs are made using the most advanced technology available today, and we utilize tools such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, Ansys, and UG Nx system Programs to ensure the proper and effective long-term performance of our products in use. From conception to calculation to detail drawing for manufacturing, the entire CAD to CAM chain, RAPID VALVES is a leader in the development of new products that meet the needs of end-use industries.

Quality Control Process & Equipment

To guarantee the adherence of Rappid Valves’ products to international quality standards, we maintain a comprehensive range of in-house equipment for meticulous monitoring and control. Our arsenal includes the following essential devices:

1) X-ray for Radiographic Testing (RT): This cutting-edge technology allows us to examine the internal structures of our products, ensuring their integrity and reliability.

2) PMI Machine: With the help of this advanced equipment, we conduct Positive Material Identification (PMI) to verify the composition and quality of the materials used in our valves.

3) Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT): By applying magnetic fields and iron particles, we meticulously inspect our products for any surface or subsurface defects, guaranteeing their flawless performance.

4) Penetrant Test Examination (PT): Through this meticulous examination process, we detect even the tiniest discontinuities or cracks in our valves, leaving no room for compromise on their quality.

Testing Facilities

Safety is always our top priority, and we take every precaution to ensure that all pressure testing is carried out in a safe and secure manner. Our test beds are equipped with state-of-the-art computerized data logging equipment, allowing for continuous monitoring and thorough performance analysis of the product being tested. Our Valve test benches have been meticulously designed and constructed to ensure optimal efficiency and the utmost safety for both operators and supervising engineers. We place great emphasis on safety during this critical operation, and our commitment to it has been widely recognized and appreciated by our clients and third-party inspectors who visit our facilities. At RAPPID VALVES, we proudly conduct the following tests in our in-house facility:

Hydrostatic Testing: This test ensures the integrity and reliability of our valves by subjecting them to water pressure to detect any potential leaks or weaknesses.
Pneumatic Testing: By using compressed air or gas, we thoroughly assess the performance and functionality of our valves in various operating conditions.
Type-Acceptance Testing: This test verifies that our valves meet the required industry standards and specifications, providing our clients with the assurance of quality and reliability.
Cycle Testing: We rigorously test the endurance and durability of our valves by subjecting them to repetitive cycles of opening and closing, ensuring they can withstand the demands of continuous operation.
Vacuum Testing: This test assesses the capability of our valves to maintain a tight seal under vacuum conditions, guaranteeing their efficiency and effectiveness in critical applications.

Machinery Facilities

Our in-house machining facility boasts an extensive range of capabilities, allowing us to process various valve components made from different materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex and super duplex stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys, and aluminum bronzes. Our expertise in valve machining has been honed over many years, and we continuously invest in advanced machinery to stay at the forefront of the industry.

To power our CNC machining capabilities, we have implemented Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) technology, a testament to our unwavering commitment to creating a cutting-edge machining facility.

Thanks to the implementation of enhanced CNC programming methodologies and programming automation using CAM, we have achieved exceptional productivity and streamlined setups, resulting in optimal cycle times. This ensures that our customers receive their products on time, every time.

From handling input data to program generation, manufacturing documentation, and virtual machining, we leave no stone unturned in ensuring that our CNC machining operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

All of these efforts guarantee that Rappid Valves can achieve a higher rate of production while maintaining the consistent quality demanded by the supercritical industries we serve.

Assembly

Our Assembly Shop has fully qualified employees and Supervising Engineers working to Rappid Valves procedures to guarantee quality products assembled flawlessly to ensure that the products reach the customer without any defects.

Painting

A Negative Pressure Paint Booth and humidity controlled ovens, Rappid Valves has an in-house painting capability to meet a wide spectrum of customer specifications ranging from single coat systems to typically complex and critical multi-coat epoxy and polyurethane systems for offshore environments.

Laser Marking & Packing

Marking: Our valves are meticulously marked according to the industry-standard MSS SP 25, which outlines the precise Marking System for Valves. Additionally, we take into account any specific requirements from our valued customers, if applicable. To ensure top-notch quality, we employ high-grade Stainless Steel 316 (or higher) labels that boast a substantial gauge thickness. These labels are flawlessly etched using state-of-the-art computerized laser marking equipment.
Tagging: Each and every Valve we offer is equipped with tag numbers, which are expertly stamped onto a premium Stainless Steel 316 tag. These tags are securely fastened to the valve using appropriate Stainless Steel wire or embossed stainless steel rivets. This meticulous tagging system ensures accurate identification and traceability of our valves.
Packing: At Rappid Valves, we take full responsibility for ensuring that all materials and equipment are impeccably packed in accordance with their intended mode of transport. To safeguard the integrity of machined surfaces, we employ wooden protection and seal them against corrosion. In cases where sensitive instruments are involved, we take extra care to remove and pack them separately. Our packing procedures strictly adhere to established and approved standards, ensuring optimal protection during transit.

To maintain absolute transparency and organization, a comprehensive packing list is securely affixed in a waterproof envelope, both outside and inside the box/package. This packing list meticulously follows the format prescribed by our esteemed customers.
